These terms govern the use of tunnelhub.io and the public TunnelHub documentation.

Usage model

TunnelHub is the operational platform used by 4success to implement and operate managed integrations. The website and documentation are not an offer for self-service purchasing, free trials, public subscriptions, or automatic contracting.

Access to TunnelHub environments, tools, or operational resources depends on authorization from 4success and, when applicable, a contract, authorized partnership, or credentials issued for the relevant purpose.

Contractual relationship

The scope, responsibilities, service levels, confidentiality, pricing, and support rules for managed services are defined in a proposal, contract, or specific agreement. If there is a conflict, that agreement prevails over these public terms.

Documentation and open tools

Documentation, SDK, CLI, MCP, and public projects are technical references. They do not transfer obligations not established in a contract, nor replace technical assessment, appropriate permissions, or security practices.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website, documentation, or any authorized access to violate laws, third-party rights, confidentiality, intellectual property, or security controls. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or exploit vulnerabilities.

Intellectual property

TunnelHub and 4success trademarks, content, and materials remain protected by applicable rights. Public repositories are subject to the licenses stated in each project.

External links and updates

Links to documentation, GitHub, and third-party services may have their own rules. We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be available on this page.
